SENDING TO AN APARTMENT?

Please confirm that someone will be available at the delivery location to accept the shipment on the day of delivery.
Shipments being delivered to apartments will not be left at the door. If no one is home a notice
will be left and they can have it redelivered or pick it up at the post office.

SENDING TO A COMPANY?

To ensure a timely arrival, please verify the shipping/receiving policies of the company prior to ordering, especially
if you are sending to a business location that has increased security (such as government buildings and banks).
We cannot be held responsible (no refund) if the delivery location will not except the package due to security issues.
