Priority Mail takes 2-3 days shipping time and is not guaranteed but 99% of our orders arrive in this time frame. Express mail takes 1-2 days guaranteed. We cannot ship to patients in HOSPITALS! or people staying at HOTELS because of the short time people stay at these places, but we will ship to employees of hospitals or hotels. We ship to all 50 states, but do not ship Internationally, or to APO's & FPO's. Candy & Cookie Bouquets or Cookie Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged because they are a food item, and we must maintain control of the quality of our candies and cookies until they reach our customers.
